We’re officially in our new home. We’ve inaugurated our new facilities in the Estació de Mercaderies industrial estate in l’Aldea, in Tarragona, Spain, a space designed to consolidate production and support the growth of a technology company born in this region with an international outlook. We celebrated it with Mayor Xavier Royo, other local authorities, suppliers and guests.
“On behalf of the l’Aldea Town Council, we want to express our great satisfaction at having a new industrial company in the municipality. This is a high-tech industry that brings great added value to the territory, creates highly specialized jobs and needs highly qualified professionals. We hope this new industrial facility is very successful in our municipality and that, in the not-too-distant future, we can see it expand its business and keep growing in l’Aldea.” – Xavier Royo, Mayor of l’Aldea
We developed CFIP (Continuous Fiber Injection Process), our own patented technology for making stronger, lighter parts. The process is simple: we print a part with internal channels in 3D and once printed, we inject continuous carbon fiber through them. The result is lighter, stronger components for sectors such as sport, automotive, drones, defense and medical components, among others.
The new facilities lets us bring the development and manufacturing of the Delta under one roof. Delta is the machine that brings the CFIP process to our customers. This allows us to increase our production rate while continuing to improve the technology. All the machine’s components are produced locally or in Europe.
As our CEO, Blanca Garro, puts it: “This facilities are an important step for us. We are a local company, and we want to grow here, creating talent and jobs in the Terres de l’Ebre, while bringing our technology to customers around the world.”
Today we sell the Delta in Europe and the United States through a network of distributors.
Setting up the new facilities open the door to expanding our team and creating new jobs, helping boost employment in l’Aldea and across the Terres de l’Ebre. This is high-tech industrial activity that requires qualified professionals, and it represents a new opportunity for economic development and talent creation in the region.

What comes next for Reinforce3D
This November we’ll be at Formnext in Frankfurt, where we’ll present the next evolution of our CFIP Technology. We’ll also keep showing up at international additive manufacturing events such as JEC World in Paris.
We want to become a pioneer in reinforcing parts with continuous carbon fiber, and we want to do it from l’Aldea.
