Meet DELTA: Purpose-built for continuous fiber injection

The first machine engineered to deliver CFIP — combining precision hardware, smart monitoring, and advanced material handling for industrial-grade reinforcement.

Designed for the future of manufacturing

From prototype to production - one platform

DELTA is not a usual machine, it’s an added-value equipment. It’s the core of Reinforce 3D’s continuous fiber injection workflow. Optimized for high-performance manufacturing, DELTA allows engineers to produce parts that are not only geometrically complex, but also structurally superior.

Engineered to reinforce from within

At its core, DELTA executes the patented CFIP technology by injecting continuous fibers into hollow and tubular paths inside the parts. Unlike surface-level reinforcement, this internal process aligns fibers with the part’s load paths — maximizing mechanical performance while keeping weight low.

Process steps:

01
Design the part with internal cavities suited for CFIP
(validated with Design Checker).
02
Manufacture the base part
— using printing, molding, or other processes.
03
Place the part into DELTA
and inject fibers under controlled parameters.
04
Remove the part and inspect the just injected part
05
Let cure it and you will have a CFIP part.

Built to integrate. Scalable. Customizable. Factory-Ready.

Whether in an R&D lab or a production floor, DELTA fits seamlessly into existing workflows. Its seamless architecture and software integration make it easy to control, customize and scale — all while ensuring consistent, reliable performance.
