Amposta (Spain) / Temple (TX), USA, 2026. Reinforce3D, the company behind the Continuous Fiber Injection Process (CFIP), has signed a new agreement with Impac Systems Engineering to accelerate the industrial adoption of internal structural reinforcement across North America.

The collaboration aligns CFIP technology with established manufacturing expertise, enabling manufacturers to integrate continuous fiber reinforcement into production environments without redesigning parts or increasing material consumption. By reinforcing components internally along defined load paths, CFIP enhances strength-to-weight ratios and structural reliability while preserving design freedom and process continuity.

Companies in the United States, Canada, and Mexico will gain structured access to CFIP evaluation, application development, and deployment support.

Scaling advanced manufacturing requires more than strong technology, it requires industrial thinking. This agreement with Impac Systems Engineering strengthens our ability to bring CFIP into real production environments where performance, consistency, and efficiency are critical.

Blanca Garro, CEO of Reinforce3D

The collaboration is particularly relevant for sectors such as automotive, aerospace, industrial tooling, robotics, and high-performance equipment, where structural performance must be achieved without compromising productivity.

Manufacturers are demanding solutions that can be automated without compromising performance. By working with Reinforce3D, we are enabling a new generation of production systems where reinforcement becomes a natural part of the manufacturing flow. Continuous fiber reinforcement can now be aligned with load path, no longer constrained by the manufacturing process.
