We’re back in Frankfurt. For the third consecutive year, we join the global additive manufacturing community at Formnext 2025, bringing with us new insights, growing industrial traction, and the next evolution of structural reinforcement solutions.

Since our first appearance, we’ve gone from introducing a disruptive concept to scaling real production systems. Our patented Continuous Fiber Injection Process (CFIP) is now a validated technology in functional parts for aerospace, mobility, UAVs, tooling and more — delivering strength where it’s needed most, without molds, adhesives or surface layups.

This year, we return with a major milestone: the launch of the Modular Delta, our new fully automated reinforcement unit. This system brings CFIP closer than ever to industrial floors, combining precision, consistency and productivity in one integrated solution.

The new Modular DELTA

Reinforcement, now fully automated

Until now, structural reinforcement has often meant added complexity. The Modular Delta changes that. It introduces a lights-out reinforcement cell, capable of: processing multiple parts with no manual intervention

With this new configuration, CFIP evolves from a pioneering process into a complete industrial ecosystem — ready to scale.

“Automation provides the consistency, productivity, and reliability required for high-performance manufacturing,” says Blanca Garro, CEO of Reinforce3D. “It makes internal reinforcement a realistic option for real-world production.”

The Modular Delta is not a standalone system — it’s part of the broader Delta 360º Ecosystem we’ve built over the past two years. This includes:

  • The Delta hardware, now with robotic automation
  • A proprietary catalog of continuous fibers and resins
  • The Design Checker software for simulation-based path validation
  • Consulting and engineering support to help manufacturers integrate CFIP at scale

Together, this ecosystem enables lightweight, high-performance parts — compatible with additive, molded or hybrid manufacturing workflows — and ready to meet industrial demands.

“Through robotic integration, we’ve taken CFIP to a new level of scalability,” explains Marc Crescenti, CTO & Co-Founder of Reinforce3D. “The system can now operate autonomously with greater consistency, precision, and traceability.”
