One week after returning from Formnext, the momentum continues — not just in the conversations that began in Frankfurt, but in the confirmation of a shift that’s already underway:
Additive manufacturing is moving beyond design freedom. It now demands mechanical performance at scale.

This was Reinforce3D’s third consecutive year at the show, and without a doubt, our most pivotal yet. We arrived with more than a vision — we presented a consolidated, proven ecosystem, and a clear value proposition: Functional, moldless reinforcement — now fully automated.

A new era: automation unlocks scalability

Formnext 2025 marked the official unveiling of the Modular Delta, our new robot-guided CFIP system and the latest advancement in the Delta 360º ecosystem.

This wasn’t just a feature in our new corporate video — it was a statement:
Reinforcement can now be automated, repeatable and traceable, at a speed and quality ready for industrial environments.

With this new system, we demonstrated:

  • Micrometric injection precision across parts with complex geometries
  • Lights-out operation, without the need for molds or manual intervention
  • Real-time monitoring of flow, pressure, and injection length
  • Seamless integration with additive, molded or hybrid workflows

The response from visitors — particularly those in aerospace, automotive, UAVs and tooling — was immediate and engaged. Reinforcement from the inside out is no longer a concept. It’s a scalable, production-ready solution.

Key takeaways from the show

This edition of Formnext confirmed that the industry is ready for a smarter approach to reinforcement. We return with:

  • Greater international visibility and industry recognition
  • New collaboration opportunities across key verticals
  • A reinforced belief in our mission: That CFIP + automation enables a new category of digital manufacturing — one that balances strength, design freedom and efficiency.

Our Design Checker software also gained strong attention. Its ability to validate reinforcement paths early in the design phase resonated with engineers looking to shorten the journey from simulation to production — and to ensure compatibility with real injection strategies.
