Some years move fast. Others move the industry forward. For Reinforce3D, 2025 was both.
Over the past twelve months, we’ve taken decisive steps to scale CFIP into a fully industrial solution — proving that structural reinforcement can be precise, automated, and production-ready.
It was a year of new systems, new collaborations, and new momentum. But more importantly, it was a year that brought us closer to the factory floor, and to the engineers and teams building the next generation of high-performance parts.
From concept to production: CFIP at work
In 2025, our patented Continuous Fiber Injection Process (CFIP) continued to prove its value in real-world parts — across mobility, UAVs, aerospace, industrial tooling, and beyond.
By reinforcing from the inside, CFIP enables parts to be lighter, stronger and moldless, a powerful alternative to traditional composite processes.
But the biggest leap came with the launch of the Modular Delta: our fully automated reinforcement unit. Combining robotic integration with closed-loop control, the system brings CFIP into a new realm of scalability, consistency, and speed — without compromising design freedom.
Scaling through partnerships, smart tools and global reach
This year, CFIP moved from “lab” to production through new collaborations with pioneers in advanced manufacturing.
We’re proud to have brought our technology into the facilities of companies like Pantur in Spain and Spring SRL in Italy, helping them deliver reinforced parts across sectors with efficiency and precision, among other companies in different sectors and applications.
These partnerships are not just technical validations, they are industrial momentum in action.
Our Design Checker software gained traction as a critical tool for validating reinforcement strategies early in the design process.
We also returned to the trade shows of JEC in Paris and Formnext in Germany, among others tradeshows, with our strongest presence yet: a new automated system, and dozens of in-depth conversations with partners from around the world. For us, Formnext marked the moment where reinforcement met automation, and where vision met scale.
Looking ahead to 2026
With a stronger foundation in place, 2026 will be a year of focused deployment.
We’ll continue scaling our automation capabilities, expanding our material options, and driving CFIP adoption in regulated industries.
The goal remains the same: to make high-performance reinforcement scalable, digital, and accessible to the manufacturers who need it most.
To all our customers, collaborators, and partners — thank you for being part of this journey.
The parts we reinforce may be lighter. But the signal this year has sent is clear:
INDUSTRY IS READY, AND SO WE ARE. Let’s keep building. Let’s keep reinforcing — together.
